Youth Exchange in Gdansk !!!
To fight or to love… that is the question.. is a project which goals is to prepare a drama on the main topic. Each day during the morning program (a show that takes place after breakfast) will be the time to wake the participants up and energize them. Each day there will be topic introduce that will be dicsussed in the evening programs in the discussions group.
The first two days are devoted to integrating the group. Crowd brakers, ice brakers, sports mainly to help the participants to open to the other groups. Each group will get their time to inrtroduice themselves and present their background.
Day 2: The participants are divided into the Theme Workshops 1) Film 2)light and sound 3) music 4) plastic (working on the scenery and background for the last day drama)
The experts to lead the workshops will be introduced by the country groups or there will be professionals
Day 4, Day 5,Day 6: Workshops: In the theme groups we are working on the preaparation ot the last day drama. ¨
Starting from the day 4 (up to day 7): Each country group will have their national day. Each country will get one evening program to present their culture (food, clothes, history, famous people etc.).
Day 6, day 7: In the afternoon there will be short trip to Gdansk.
Day 8: Evaluation day. Summing up of the exchange. Visit at the swimming pool. In the evening there will be *Special Night* Celebrities Night-Red carpet Show.
The morning program is the part of the day after the breakfast. It lasts 20-25 minutes. It purpose is to enrgize the participants, (including:icebrakers, games, skits and the TV NEWS (a short news prepared by the film gorup). In the morning there will be introduction for the theme of the day (the topic that will be discussed in the evening programs).
The evening program is a time after the dinner. It lasts about 90 minutes. It contains: pictures from the whole day, TV NEWS, crowdbrakers, the worship time, the lecture and the discussion groups. ¨
